The Grotto was constructed during the tenure of Rev. Fr. Simon Kimore (Fr. in charge) and Rev. Fr. Evans Machoka. It was envisioned as a sacred space of prayer and reflection, often dedicated to the blessed virgin Mary, and became a symbol of faith for the parish community. Under the guidance of the Fr. in charge, parishioners came together with their time, resources, and skills to bring the grotto to life. Today it stands not only as a place of devotion but also as a lasting reminder of the unity, sacrifice and spiritual growth fostered under Rev. Fr. Simon Kimore.
